Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Kierly, including the public website, player account, location-based discovery features, cards, collections, trading, social features and sponsored campaigns.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate another person, create accounts for abuse, or attempt to access another player’s account without permission.

2. Playing safely

Kierly is designed for real-world exploration, but no discovery is worth taking a safety risk. Follow traffic rules, property boundaries, venue rules, opening hours and local law. Do not trespass or enter dangerous, private or restricted areas.

3. Location-based gameplay

Locations, radar signals, reveal radii and availability may change. A nearby signal is not a promise that a discovery will remain available indefinitely. Technical limitations, map data, GPS accuracy and safety controls can affect placement and discovery.

4. Cards and virtual progress

Kierlings, cards, XP, levels, titles, achievements and other in-game items are game features. Unless Kierly explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion, they do not represent money, ownership in Kierly or a right to cash payment.

5. Trading and social features

Use trading, chat, friends and teams respectfully. Harassment, threats, fraud, spam, attempts to manipulate other players, or sharing unlawful content may result in restrictions, suspension or account removal.

6. Sponsored content

Kierly may include sponsored discoveries, trails or event campaigns. Sponsored gameplay will be identified so players can distinguish it from ordinary game content.

7. Fair use of the service

Do not automate gameplay, manipulate location, exploit bugs, interfere with the service, scrape protected player data, bypass safety controls or use Kierly in a way that harms the game or other players.

8. Changes and availability

Kierly is actively developed. Features, rules, content, availability and progression may change as the game evolves. We may suspend features where needed for safety, maintenance, abuse prevention or legal compliance.

9. Enforcement

Kierly may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts where there is a reasonable basis to believe these Terms, safety rules or applicable law have been violated.
